things that actually really terrify me about camping in the PNW versus MD
the idea of being eaten alive by a bear or puma, or WORSE ((this is a more terrifying concept to me)), seeing ABBY being eaten alive by a bear or puma.
dont touch my dog, i will probably do something extremely reckless involving a frying pan and a 12 inch hunting knife.
Camping related accidents and animal run-in’s are higher in the NE because of the overpopulation and zealousness of the deer out there - out here animals are more likely to run from you. Same goes for all the big “scary” animals out here too.
